2. Size of the group (some types of activities are limited to smaller groups)
3. Time frame for event (remember a 30 minute activity is a lot different from 3 hours)
4. Budget (events range from $500 to $15,000 and up).Meeting theme tie‐in?
5. Does every person need to participate equally?
6. Is this a competition where a team will "win" and others will not (many activities can be structured where everyone wins – or has the potential to reach a specific goal).
7. Time of day (does the activity happen first thing in the morning, during or after lunch, during dinner, after dinner? – this does make a difference)
8. Has your group done any team building in the past, and if so, what did they do – and what was the result? (You don't want to duplicate – and you always want to do better).
9. Do you want a debriefing session, will your company or does the teambuilding company do this?

Facing your Fears

A competitive race which incorporates the participants fears – as a team building and group collaboration. Each member, in a group, has to complete one of the objectives which can be adjusted according to the client. These will be based on merit – time – endurance.

Master Chef

Culinary Experience and Competition. A great interactive team building program.

Activities to be conducted:

• The Chef will introduce the basics of cooking and the concept behind menu making, the chef will demo various dishes that he would like the teams to learn for the contest.
• All teams will have time to prepare before the final Master Chef contest. CEO can be the taster – each menu is tasted as it is cooked.

The Cellar

Wine Tasting and Competition.

Have you ever wondered just how wine tasting experts can pick up on a myriad of subtleties in a sip or two of wine? With just a trial and error, and a little practice, you too can develop this intriguing ability.

Our Sommelier will introduce the basics of wine tasting and the concept behind food selection with wine, he will demonstrate the various wines they would like the teams to try for the contest. The groups will learn about old world versus new world wines. All teams will be in the same contest but with a knock off system to the final 4 teams. The contest will be based on the identification of the right wine tested. We can also incorporate an extra section based on the type of glass chosen for a particular wine and the difference in taste.

Rope Courses & Sports

The Activities are sorted to have different levels of competition – the power and energy that is sometimes hidden inside each of us is brought out, in these team bonding events. From Beach Olympics to light rope and climbing courses, games against schools, Paint ball and rallies. These games are for the true team spirit adventurers.

Bali, Nusa Dua or Kuta Rally

A super interesting program doing activities close to the hotel you are staying, especially if your group doesn’t  have much time.

Balinese Kite

For the Balinese Kite making the objective is to build in groups of 4-6 a Balinese Kite.

White Water Rafting

In a sleepy village on the slopes of the Ayung River Valley, we are met at our Rafting location with warm hospitality and refreshing welcome drink. Get ready for the most popular adventure tour on the island; paddle, splash and thrill to the rhythm of the paradise river. We have also made a number of small games to challenge your teams along the river.

Quad Challenge

28 kms of track spectacular scenery – about 2 hours from the main stream Bali – we can combine with rafting or Tubing. A fantastic trip to see the real Bali and create team spirit.

Graffiti you

On a selected wall in the local village your team will produce your Graffiti for the world to see. Our Graffiti artist will enlighten you on the techniques and styles and then…… lets Paint!

Hang Ten – Surfing

The Bali competition that all is talking about – make the rules and compete in your own Surfing competition.

Treasure Hunt

A challenging mental tasks along the way. These challenges are locked in metallic boxes hidden at specific locations. This option allows for participants to discover the personal interests of their teammates and can be used to further develop specific notions covered in meetings.

Photo assignment

Mission – take the best photo for the newspaper and create the story to match.

Sink or Swim – Boat Survivor

Build a raft and race it – or sink it.

Soap Box

Formula 1? Well almost making a soap box car to race down the slopes – choose a driver and create your car.

Beach and Mini Olympics

Olympic Torch to ignite and pass along. Teams parade and march past. Perform, chant, cheer lead, song or dance e.g. Haka!!!
Performance is judged amongst the team cheers.

Body and Soul

Enlighten your body and feel alive, Each day we stress ourselves let’s get some rhythm back into our lives. Our instructors will take you there, A combination of health and peace, Yoga for the Body and Fruit juice for the Soul.
Location will be a spiritual place
No hand phones, black berry’s -  active during this program.
