What's available in team building is only limited by the imagination.

The bottom line is this: team building comes in all kinds of forms at a wide variety of costs. It enhances a meeting by capitalizing on the fact that people are physically present-- all in the same place. So you have a fabulous opportunity to get them interacting; something that cannot happen by teleconferencing or by video conferencing. Furthermore, it makes sense if you structure a team building event to tie in with the goals of your meeting so that it has some lasting effect. Team building is MORE than just entertainment, but if you position it that way, you'll be missing out on its real value

The Haka

Interactive and energetic – Conference fillers.

This is an excellent and powerful conference fillers – Our own all Blacks team will facilitate the participants to use their power inside as an instrument of power and energy. As well as putting fear into their opponents, they will also be really charged and feel that power from within that only each individual can bring out – then with the rest of the conference participants together? Awesome!

What is Haka?

The Maori people have always excelled in the art of Haka, which is the generic term for Maori dance.Made internationally famous by the New Zealand, All Blacks Rugby team."The haka is a composition played by many instruments. Hands, feet, legs, body, voice, tongue, and eyes all play their part in blending together to convey in their fullness the challenge, welcome, exultation, defiance or contempt of the words."

"It is disciplined, yet emotional. More than any other aspect of Maori culture, this complex dance is an expression of the passion, vigour and identity of the race. It is at it's best, truly, a message of the soul expressed by words and posture.."

One of the initial refrains which the leader of the haka utters just prior to everyone performing the haka itself are words simply to remind the performers how to comport themselves when they do the haka. They should be shouted out in a ferocious and staccato manner, designed to instil strength and determination into the performers, such that they enact the haka with the power and force required.

It is important to realise that haka are generally not uniformly enacted, with all participants acting in time. The best haka involve a good deal of spontaneity and creativity as the performers interpret the words and feel the power of the haka take hold of them.
